Yes unless the Diana is a 35mm version, like the mini. Make sure its a 120 Diana

Depending on which mask (frame) you use you will get 12-16 shots per roll with 120 film

No, 35mm cameras only take 35mm film.
This film is much wider - 120 means 120mm.

It depends on the starter kit, it will work for the Holga CFN, but not the Holga 135 or 135BC as those two cameras are 35mm film cameras. 120 medium format is the size of the film, 120 only works in medium format cameras, it will not fit into 35mm cameras. However, 35mm can be used in some medium format cameras with the approriate adapters. The Diana and Holga both have adapters available seperately to accomadate 35mm film.
