I'm 5'7 and 155 and I buy the PE BDG shirts a size up in large. The standart BDG v-necks are good in M, but for me it varies. I do not like the muscle look - it feels a little fruity so i try and buy my shirts on a the bigger size and then shrink them in the wash if i need to. I hope this helps

Question

How thin is the fabric?

BDG shirts are rather notorious for their thinness. Is this fabric any thicker than BDG's others?

No, this is very thin. I find it an advantage though for summer.

The shirt is fairly thin but what it lacks in thickness it well makes up for with softness. This shirt is incredibly comfortable.

The tri-blend heathered fabric on the PE.

I have no idea what "PE" stands for though.

PE is like more of a heathered color collection of shirts.

The PE V-neck is triblend. So it's got that heathered look.

I would say it depends. For me I can picture a girl wearing a tight tshirt and look sexy on her. It also depends on what you're going to be wearing with it.

U could probably wear a small and have it fit fine. I'm 5'9, 155 lbs and I normally buy a medium, but I can fit a small (although it's a little snug).

Question

How is the length?

A comment left in June seemed to imply that the shirt is shorter than it used to be. I'm short, and would prefer a shirt shorter in length.

Can anyone speak to the length of the shirt? Is there any variance between colors?

The shirts do run a little short. I usually wear a medium and had to send them back for a large.

I am 6'0 and the medium hangs down about 2 inches below my belt. It is not long like some BDG shirts but I would say it is a pretty proportionate shirt.

Question

Does the shirt shrink??

I was wondering if, after a few washes in cold and tumble dry, will the shirt shrink? I was thinking of getting a medium.

Just a little bit but not enough to order a size up. by end of day of wearing it it stretches out a bit to original size. like i said in an earlier review ... shirts run a little big if your used to an athletic fit shirt from UO.

I would say go with the size large, but as of this year I've ordered 4 of the large slim fit bdg v -neck t-shirts, and the actual size of each one of them drastically differed from the rest. The orange ones seem to be bigger than the XL in the regular fit, the navy blue is smaller than what use to be consistent for slim fit in medium, but the yellow seems to be on par. I would suggest going to a store and trying them on since the actual size of each shirt isn't really reflected by what is written on the label .

Question

PE Transparency

to put it simply, my nipples show through the normal BDG v-necks.

I assume the difference between the normal and "PE" v-necks is the heathered fabric. Does this also stop your nipples from showing in the lighter colors?
