Black tights or white tights would be really cute with this dress. If you wanted to be a little more different, go with printed tights! Rosey pink might be a bit too much pink.

The medium would probably be much too big for your bust. I would be a little leery about getting the small too, because I got the medium and I am 5'6 and it's a pretty short dress on me.
