How loose does it fit?
I'm about 5'4" and 110 lbs, how would it fit if I got a small? I'm looking for a loose fit so I can wear it with tights, do you suggest getting a size up?

It's fit to be a bit loose in general, I think a small would probably be the right size for you, unless you're hoping that it will be big enough to cover you like a shirt-dress. it's not very long, so in that case you probably would need a size up.
