i never actually weighed it, but its pretty heavy. definatly not flimsy, good weight, and it has felt on the bottom so it wont ruin whatever you put it on

It's a good weight for it's size. I was actually suprised when I got mine (in a good way) at it's weight. I'd say 4 lbs. You could totally load it up, and it won't tip...

Not sure, but it comes with a tag that says Made in India... I think the quality is pretty good. The base is sturdy.

It all depends what goes best with your decor. I have silver and love it, but all the colors are good. If youre looking for something that will match anywhere, white is good. If you want something with a little more edge and style, the other two colors are good as well.

Yup, it's that tall. The box it came in is 20" long and it pretty much filled it (it's packaged with a styrofoam block)
