Honestly don't risk it. I would rather go for size 13 than 11. Always better to have one size bigger than one size less because their are things called insoles that you can put in shoes to make them fit

I would say yes the boots run a bit big. I still have room in my 10's I usually wear a 10.5 to 11

I always go a half size larger because if its too big then i can put in insoles to make it work. If its too small than there is no way to fix it. Hope this helps
