The coin with the open hole is probably the only one that you can take off, but I've never tried it; I just make sure to be careful when I take mine off so that it doesn't slip off just in case.

The only coin that comes off on it's own is the big circle coin. The others you'll probably have to use pliers or something to get them off, but then that would ruin the necklace.

You can only take off the bronze colored coin (with the large hole in it) without physically damaging the necklace. All of the other coin's holes' are too small and would not exit either end.
