Hi, on the website it says the dress is chiffon in the description, but that the material is listed as rayon and cotton. does it have a silky feel to it like chiffon or more of a cotton feel? thanks for your help:)

The lining is cotton, but the part that is visible, but it more of a course kind of chiffon.

It definitely doesn't feel silky. The inner layer is more cotton-like, and the outer layer is like a mixture of tulle and cotton. It sounds weird, but it's cute!

It's definitely the texture of chiffon and I would go as to say rougher than true chiffon but definitely does not look or feel cheap. It's a beautiful dress and worth the try at $15!

This dress has a nice, soft, comfortable feel on the inside and a silky one on the outside, but I don't recommend you buy it. It has a strange, awkward fit and is way too expensive for what you get.

The material is like chiffon but slightly reinforced/ thicker. The dress's lining is the same color scheme as the dress and is made of cotton. really comfy and flowy :) Hope this helps!
