get a 24. they ran big for me, and by the sound of it you have skinny legs like me. If you're thighs are really small, maybe even go a size lower. If they're big, go a size up.

get the 24, they really dont run that small, im 5ft 8 and 115 pounds and they fit perfect everywhere

I got a size 26 in 2 pairs and I'm 4'11" and 111 lbs. I didn't really think they ran small. The black pair is a little looser than the blue pair though because the black pair has some spandex in it and the blue doesn't. If you're afraid your butt will show I would go for the bigger size.

these do run small, not so much the length, more so in the waist. I tried on the 24 and 25 and they were both the same short length, no difference there. but the 25 was more comfy around the waist, and i am tiny, height 5'4. weight about 90 pounds, but the 25 was a better fit for me:) since your a bit taller, go with the 25:)

I'd go with 25 just to be safe. Better safe than sorry. And if the 25 is too big throw them in the warm cycle and in the dryer, itd shrink em to the perfect size you need

Honestly, you should go into the store and just try on a pair - even if it's not the wash you want - just to get an idea of which size to get. The fit varies for every wash, and because there isn't much material to work with, and these shorts ARE cheeky, it might be better to try on different sizes and see how much coverage you're comfortable with.

I'm 5 feet tall and around 97 pounds too and I got a size 24. The shorts were actually kind of loose around waist and thigh area so I think if you went any bigger than a size 24 the shorts would be too big on you. I would go for would a size 24 :)

Use a tape measure and use it around the smallest part of your waist. If you don't want them to be cheeky, size up once.

i went in store an at first bought the blue ones because thats what my eyes were set on, that same day i went back in to try a dress on that i had seen earlier, the black shorts caught my eye & so i tried them on, i ended up getting the black shorts over the dress! the main point of the story is even though they are pricey, get both! depending how often you wear shorts, these shorts can make many different outfits & are very versatile! so splurge a little & purchase both!

However, the black can be more dressy and matches with a lot of my clothes. Sorry if this answer didn't really help. I guess if I had to choose a color it would still be blue only.

Denim goes with EVERYTHING but then black doesn't always, what if you want to wear coral, coral and black would make you look like a pumpkin! Or if you want to wear brown? In my opinion brown and black are two colors that were meant to not be paired together. And for spring bright colors or pastels are in, black is a dark color which is complete opposite, but then it is always better to stand out. Idk. Tell me what you decided.

GET THE SIZE YOU WANT! I went a size up in fear and they fit okay but not perfect... a little too big. And now half a year later the leg holes have stretched and they're extremely baggy in the legs. The waist fits fine but the legs stretched. And yeah, they're definitely showy in the butt. You could pull them down a tad to prevent that but they always ride up. So if you by them you have to know that at times, your butt will show. Good luck! I'm in love.

I am in you exact situation but i am around 5'3. I bought these shorts in a 24 and they fit perfectly! I am usually a 00 and it was really hard finding a pair of high waisted shorts that actually fitted correctly. I would recommend buying them and I think you will enjoy them.

i dont really have much of a butt either, and they fit just fine, i bought my usual size as well, and they were not too large or anything of the sort, you should definately get these shorts, they are appropriate and flattering, and i definately think that they would look fine on a younger girl as well

Honestly I think they would be too loose on you. I'm 4'11" 111 lbs and I got a 26 which is the size I usually get. I didn't really feel like the size ran small. Also if you get the smallest size and you're 5'5", I'm pretty sure they won't even be high waisted anymore and chances are they probably will show your butt. They barely cover my butt when I stand up and when I bend over it for sure shows my butt (keep in mind how short I am!). Anyways, good luck!

I am exactly like you and i got the 24...they fit perfectly! The 25 is a little big but its ok. My butt doesn't hang out at all in the 24 thought. Hope this helps :)

I'm 4'11" and 111 lbs and I got a size 26 in 2 pairs. I almost got the 27's though but decided they would loosen up after wearing them a lot so I went with the smaller size. If you get these shorts they will for sure show your butt because of how tall you are. These shorts are VERY short. I'm pretty sure a 27 will be too small on you.

I would go with the 27 if that's your usual size in jeans. these shorts actually run true to size and not as small as everyone says. I am usually a 0 in jeans so i got a 25 in these and the fit is perfect

They do no shrink at all. I would (maybe) even go a side down. Over time, my leg holes slowly widened to the point where I hate how loose they are. But they are adorable so whatever you do will be super cute.
