Questions & Answers for Coincidence & Chance Short-Sleeved Chiffon Dress

Question

Is the dress see-through at all?

Hey so does this dress have any kind of lining or slip that comes with it? It looks sort of sheer and the chiffon material also looks clingy. Would a slip be a good idea if it has no lining? And does this dress look better worn with tights or without? thanks!

The dress is see through on the top part, so your bra would definitely show. I'd recommend a strapless bra. On the bottom, the dress is lined so it's not see through. I like to wear mine with tights, but it would be great either way!

It looks great with sheer black tights and a slip is nessecary if you don't want lines or your skin showing.

The dress is lined, and the only parts that are see-through are in the back where the sleeves are, and in the front above the bra-line, so basically you'd need a strapless bra. I think you can wear this dress with or without tights.

The cream part is sheer, but not excessively so. I wore a nude bra and you could barely see it. It does have a lining on the bottom portion and I didn't find a slip to be necessary at all.

The black part of the dress is lined, material is not clingy and it looks cute with sheer black tights!

There is a black lining underneath the navy sections of the dress, so that part it not at all sheer. It can be a bit clingy due to the material. The white shoulders are somewhat sheer -- bra straps would show through.

Fine with or without tights, but I think it looks cuter with them.

answer 10
The only part that is see through is the shoulder area so the only thing you may need is a strapless or a clear strap bra. The material is thin, but you can't see through the black part of the dress at all.
I never tried it with tights, but I hope this helps!

I can't give you specific measurements, but I definitely wouldn't want it to be too low either and I didn't notice this being a problem at all.

It's fine. I'm 5'4 and got the size 0, and the black part covers you up pretty well; it covered my bra.
