it says it on the back of your gift card.
but then all it tells you there is that your card balance may be obtained at any Urban Outfitters Location or by calling 1.800.920.5656.
soo you can't really check the balance online.

You have to call 1-800-282-2200 to place your order because the website only has space for one gift card
